>>Ramsta Robotics expanding their distributor network in the US.
Swine Robotics Inc. in Leola, South Dakota will be a new Distributor for Clever Cleaner in the US. Together with the existing distributor ARC Construction Clever Cleaner will now be represented in all major national pig producing markets in the US.

>>Successful introduction at Pig and Poultry in the UK.
Clever was for the first time introduced at a trade fair in the UK. The Robot created a lot of interest and many visitors paid a visit to the stand of Technijet, the distributor of Clever Cleaner in the UK during the two exhibition days.
Clever Cleaner was awarded with the honor “highly commended” product among all the new and innovative products that was shown for the first time at Pig and Poultry.

>>Exposure to pig dust is unhealthy.
A new study confirms that human exposure to pig dust is dangerous and unhealthy. Manual high pressure washing in pig houses can be dangerous. Read the whole study under press.

Also this year the Clever Cleaner will be at display in the Ramsta Robotics stand at the World pork Expo in Des Moines June 11 – 13. We invite both new and old contacts to our stand in the VIB building.

The World Pork Expo is not the only international exhibition were you can see the Clever Cleaner this year. The robot will also be shown at the following exhibitions:
Pig and Poultry in the UK May 11-12.
EuroTier in Germany November 16-19.
Agromek in Denmark November 30 – December 3.

We can now offer Clever Cleaner on the UK market. Technijet Ltd is from February 2010 Ramsta Robotics new partner. Technijet is responsible for sales and distribution as well as service and maintenance

After several years of successful cooperation with Yding Smedie on the Danish market Ramsta Robotics have decided to mount their own enterprise in Denmark starting with a sales company. Read the whole press release under press.

Spain, one of the biggest pig producers in Europe have discover the advantages with using a Clever Cleaner for washing instead of the old unhealthy way with manual high pressure cleaning. The new distributor in Spain is Farmbiocontrol in Ejea de los Caballeros (Zaragoza) and already there are several Clever Cleaner in action in Spanish pig houses!

>> New improvements on the Clever Cleaner.
In the last year there have been some improvements on the Clever Cleaner. The On/Off button is now mounted on the operator’s box instead of under the hood. Another improvement is that the outlet for the Back-Up is mounted on the outside of the Computer box. As an option you also can buy your new Clever Cleaner with an electrical centre wheel which make handling and moving of the Robot easier. Another option for your new Clever cleaner is the automatic hose spreader. The electrical centre wheel and the spreader can also be mounted on used robots. >> Not only Spain but also Slovenia.
At the end of this year we will install the first Clever Cleaner in Slovenia at the big and modern producer Farme Ihan outside the city of Ljubljana. Farme Ihan has several production plants in Slovenia.

>> Maybe your favourite beer is produced with the help of Clever Cleaner.
Cever Cleaner is today used in malting plants in Denmark and Germany. This winter we also will install units in a malting plant in Holland. Robot washing have replaced the time consuming and unhealthy manual high pressure washing which are done between the different stages in the malting process.

                
>> Top marks for Clever Cleaner in a big German study.
In the issue of the big German pig magazine SUS (5/09) is an article about a study made by the university of Bonn. The purpose with the study was to examine if the use of a washing robot (Clever Cleaner) was an alternative to manual high pressure cleaning. The base of the study was interviews with a lot of pig farmers in Sweden, Denmark and Holland. The study cover economical, environmental and other important issues connected to high pressure washing of pig houses. The result of the study was very favourable towards robot washing in general and the conclusion was that robot washing was the technical solution for washing in the future!
