The Clever Cleaner is a fully automatic washing robot which will make it both easier and more cost efficient for you to clean your animal house. Remarkably, the robot has been designed to wash up to 48 hours without a break! The secret behind our product is the unique steering system which enables you to easily programme the washing schedule of the robot by simply using a joystick. And to make things convenient, you will only have to do this once. Furthermore, if you have more than one animal house or wish to share the robot with a neighbour, is it extremely easy to add further washing schemes in the programme.

Installation, support and staff training are included in the price. And based on our calculations, this investment should become profitable for you if your farm uses approximately 300 manual washing hours per year. Naturally, the more hours of washing time will mean the quicker you see a return on your investment. Our Smart Steering System is very user friendly

The Clever Cleaner is fully automatic. All you need to do is programme the washing scheme through a joystick to enable the robot to wash the different types of pen. By doing this a computer in the robot will monitor what has been cleaned and then automatically store the different pens as numbers which will then be put into a schedule informing the robots in which order to make the washing movements in the house. Once this has been done, all you will need to do in the future is to tell the robot which schedule should be used. It is also possible to put different schedules together in a washing scheme and let the robot wash after the scheme.

Total Control with our Secure Alarm System

You will never have to worry about leaving your Clever Cleaner unsupervised. Because if it encounters any problems - for example if the robot arm is obstructed - work will stop immediately and the robot will set off an alarm, by using a comprehensive alarm system that is built into the control program. And you can easily connect this with the GSM net if you want the robot to send an alarm to either your home phone, your mobile or personal caller - or if you prefer, all three of them. 	NEWS A robot cleans a French hatchery A duck genetic company in Roussay has installed a Clever Cleaner to clean their hatchery cup boards. An employee simply applies foam in the hatchery prior to the cleaning and the robot does the rest, delivering excellent results. The robot was slightly modified before installation, once again demonstrating the flexibility of the Clever Cleaner. Stand out at exhibitions by using a new beer service kit that is now available For those of our Distributors who wish to offer beer at their exhibitions and use a robot for that purpose, we have developed a beer serving kit which is very easy to assemble on the robot.
